Our refund policy lasts 14 days from your purchase date. If you are not satisfied with our products and services within 14 days of your original purchase date then we will accept your request and refund the purchase. You can request a refund from our support area.

Refund requests for renewal payments will not be accepted. Our system will send you reminders for the renewal before the actual renewal date and if you fail then it will renew the payment.

If you want to cancel the subscription then you should do it from your PayPal or Stripe account whatever method you have used to purchase our products.
