Licence keys are used to get automatic updates for our addons used on your site and allows 1 year support for during your membership period.
If you don't renew your licence key then don't worry you can still use the addons but you will not get any new feature or security fixes in the future updates.

You can request a refund within 14 days of purchasing the addon or membership. After that no refund requests will be fulfilled. Read our refund policy here.
Once your order is complete, a download link is shown on the Order Received page, and you will also receive an email notification with a download link. After that you can download your purchased addons from Downlaods tab in My Account area.
We currently accept all major payment cards and use Stripe.com as our payment gateway. We also provide PayPal as an alternative payment method. All prices are charged in US Dollars (USD).
