The UWP > Resume Manager looks as below at the front side. Here Resume added by particular User will display in Resumes Tab.

Only Particular User who has added their Resumes can see in Profile Tab. For example, Test User can see Resumes of Test User only, he cannot see other Resumes which are listed in admin dashboard.
