Add the addon and activate it. There are no settings related to the form in the backend.

You can change the email sent to the user containing the magic login link from UsersWP->Emails->User Emails->Magic link requested email.

To disable the functionality, you just need to deactivate the plugin.

Here you can enable or disable by tick untick as shown in figure.
